How It Works

Rent Collection: Residents pay rent via their portal (due on the 1st).

Clearing Period: We allow a brief window to ensure all tenant funds have cleared securely.

Owner Payout: On the 13th, we initiate your ACH transfer.

Notification: You receive an automated email notification that your funds and your monthly statement are ready.

Even after extensive screening evictions are still possible. If it happens don't worry, we work with the constable and our vendors to remove the tenant, secure the property & prepare to lease again.
