Where is My Rent Source located and what areas do you serve?
We are headquartered in Newnan, GA. We provide professional property management services across the Greater Atlanta area and surrounding communities, including Cartersville, Douglasville, Fayetteville, Griffin, Lagrange, Woodstock, and more.
We have been managing rental homes and apartments since 2006. Our leadership team brings over 20 years of combined experience to every property we manage.
Yes. We are proud members of the Georgia MLS, the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM), and the National Association of REALTORS®.
Both Owners and Residents have access to a dedicated online portal where they can view leases, financial statements, and other important documents at any time.

We offer a “Turnkey Management” approach which includes a Tenant Guarantee, thorough background screening, and a transparent fee structure with no repair up-charges. We focus on low delinquency rates (historically below 3%) and provide dedicated managers for multifamily portfolios.
Our extensive screening process includes a review of criminal records, credit history, prior evictions, rental history, and employment/income verification. This rigorous process helps ensure we place responsible renters in your property.
We utilize direct deposit for all owner distributions to ensure you receive your funds quickly and securely. You can also view financial statements and property reports 24/7 via our online Owner Portal.
While our screening process keeps delinquency rates low, we handle the legal process if an eviction becomes necessary. Our team works alongside local officials to secure your property as quickly as possible.
No. Unlike many competitors, we do not add a “markup” or up-charge to repair invoices. You pay what the vendor charges.
