Jennifer “JB” joined the My Rent Source team in July of 2017 as our Receptionist. She quickly moved up to Maintenance Coordinator, and is now our Maintenance Manager.
She attended The College of Charleston and has over 15 years working in the customer service industry and 5 years of management. Jennifer went on a work hiatus to become a stay at home mom and now leads a team of three incredibly talented Maintenance Coordinators who excel in promptly responding to all maintenance needs at all My Rent Source properties. JB’s main focus is providing exceptional customer service to owners and tenants. When she’s not in the office, you can find her spending time with her family and 3 dogs.
